INDIVIDUAL COACHING
You’ll know because you want something more, or you’re tired of feeling the same way, and you want help moving forward. You’ll know because we’ll have a conversation and figure it out together. If I’m the right coach for you, we’ll engage. If coaching isn’t for you, or it’s not right now, I respect that, and we’ll stay in touch. If coaching is for you, and I’m not the right coach, I’ll help you find someone who’s a better fit.
It’s not the right investment for you if you know you have to make changes, and you’re not interested in doing the work.
We’ll talk and determine that together. My coaching style is a combination of skill-building (tactical), strategic and mindset. My commitment is to help you get what you want and show up as authentically YOU.
All coaching is done virtually on Zoom. This gives us flexibility, no matter where you’re located in the world.

Let’s Talk.
CORPORATE COACHING
We need to talk. If you want coaching or you want coaching for an employee, we’ll make a list of challenges and outcomes you want and then evaluate together. I’ll be honest with you if I think I can help you.
What makes my coaching unique is that I work with the employee on their “stuff”, helping them achieve whatever the desired outcomes are. I can’t guarantee that you’ll get them, because, well, you know humans! But I’ll meet with you, as their supervisor, regularly so we’re all on the same page.
Coaching with the employee is always confidential, and we’re all working together on shared objectives. I’m always working with the employee’s strengths to help achieve goals quicker.
The employee’s sessions are confidential and I will always let them know when I’m meeting with their supervisor and what I intend to share.
TRAINING FOR MY COMPANY
Absolutely. I’ll make sure that we address your specific challenges and desired outcomes. I create/write the curriculum for you and enjoy customizing it to meet your needs.
It depends. If you opt for a DiSC or Five Behavior Workshop, the team takes an assessment before the workshop. We usually need a two-week lead time to make sure everyone completes their assessment before the workshop. Depending on how we structure things, there may be follow up. Everyone leaves the workshop making a commitment on what they will work on. I recommend a follow-up session as well.
Usually a longer timeline is better, and we can make it happen quickly as well. We typically need a two-week time frame for issuing and completing the assessments.
If you’re interested, and it’s a short timeline, please let me know and we’ll try to make it happen.
Yes, you can : ). The process is simple and easy, and we’re happy to do it for you.
